1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FuelIQ platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FuelIQ provides an AI-powered fuel theft detection and dispenser audit platform. The Service includes BLE 5.4 capacitive fuel sensors, cloud-based telemetry processing, real-time alert systems, fleet dashboards, and audit reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Share API keys, access tokens, or account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Use the Service to monitor vehicles without proper authorization from the vehicle owner or fleet operator.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, models, designs, and documentation associated with FuelIQ are the intellectual property of FuelIQ Technologies Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all fleet data, telemetry records, and transaction information generated through your use of the Service. FuelIQ processes this data solely to provide the Service and does not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelIQ Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
